CEO
Alizabeth Van Duyn, LMT
As a massage therapist we are here to assist the body to do what it was created to do, heal itself. Massage is the perfect instrument to guide the body to relax into homeostasis (balance).
I attended a course to become one of the first Massage Therapists in the nation trained in Graston Technique, a bodywork technique previously reserved for licensed physicians and physical therapists. I have a passion to teach people the importance of massage on the human body. I teach my clients ways to continue treatment even after they are off my table.
I am originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan where I attended the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Science and graduated as a Therapeutic Massage Therapists.

Human Performance Specialist, CA
Colin Slager
Colin Slager is the founder of Optimal Fitness Rx, where they specialize in nutrition, rehab and performance. After graduating from Butler in 2016, he found his calling in the business of helping and serving others so that they may take back control of their health. He started the business in 2020 after realizing it was time for him to take the leap and run his own practice.
With nutrition, the overall lifestyle is taken into account, and people are met where they are at. It’s never a one-size-fits-all plan, and you’re not going to change everything in your routine all at once. Things are added to your plan first, with small lifestyle changes along the way.
Using a technique called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Colin is able to work with individuals to improve their motor control and breathing which allows people to correct muscular imbalances, poor recruitment patterns, and pain. This can help in everyday things from picking up your laundry to pitching from the mound. If you learn to control your movements, the quality of your movements improve.
Being a certified personal and CrossFit trainer, Colin is able to incorporate proper training methods within the confines of his rehab plans, helping people re-learn proper movement and breathing in order to reach their desired goals.
Using different methods and techniques, OFR has been able to help people optimize their bodies to be as functional and efficient as humanly possible. Whether you want to play on the floor with your kids without pain or are trying to make it to the next level in your sport, Colin is committed to doing everything he can in order to help you get there.

Massage Therapist
Ryan McCarty, LMT
Ryan McCarty arrived at the world of massage therapy by a unique journey. For 27 years he was a minister, meeting the needs of others day in and day out until after a quarter century he found himself the one in need of rest and restoration. Encouraged by his oldest daughter, he went back to school at Indiana Wellness College to pursue a certification as a massage therapist. Ryan discovered that his passion to serve others was just as fulfilled in providing a therapy to them through the use of various massage techniques.
Not only was this a way to meet the needs of people, massage was also the perfect avenue to include Ryan’s lifelong commitment to fitness, both as an athlete and as a coach. Having played multiple sports in high school and college, participated in power-lifting, and completed three full marathons and a half Ironman, he is no stranger to soreness and sports injuries. His personal physical strength has allowed him to specialize in deep tissue massage as well as sports massage and stretching.
Ryan’s education and experience is not just in ministry, it is in people and listening to them well. This has allowed him to be extremely attentive to the specific massage needs of his clients, including “listening” to their body to target needy areas.
“Always be teachable” is a favorite message he gives to the athletes he coaches, and Ryan intends to live by those words himself, seeking out training in new and more expanded methods to provide the best massage therapy he possibly can. He plans to continue focusing on those looking to massage for sports and other physical injury treatment as well as athletes of all ages, preferably doing so in an environment that focuses on the holistic wellness of a person. Body, mind, and spirit.

Massage Therapist
Kevin Jones, LMT
Our bodies are amazing things, and in order to do amazing things with them, we require care and maintenance. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I strive to provide the highest quality care so you can go do those amazing things!
I graduated from Indiana Wellness College with a degree in Sports and Medical Massage in 2019. Since that time, I have continued to hone my skills and acquire new techniques through continuing education and close work with colleagues. I believe movement and rhythm are two powerful healing forces, and I utilize both in my treatments, combining hands-on bodywork, therapeutic stretching, and movement to facilitate your body’s natural healing processes.
While providing care for others is my calling, I seek my own self care in nature and travel. I can often be found (or lost) backpacking or road-tripping with my wife and two pups.
