Alizabeth Van Duyn, LMT
As a massage therapist we are here to assist the body to do what it was created to do, heal itself. Massage is the perfect instrument to guide the body to relax into homeostasis (balance).
I attended a course to become one of the first Massage Therapists in the nation trained in Graston Technique, a bodywork technique previously reserved for licensed physicians and physical therapists. I have a passion to teach people the important of massage on the human body. I teach my clients ways to continue treatment even after they are off my table.
I am originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan where I attended the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Science and graduated as a Therapeutic Massage Therapists.
Dr. Christopher M. Owens
Dr. Owens was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a Science focus from Indiana University. While in undergraduate school, Dr. Owens joined the United States Marine Corps Infantry Reserve and served our country for 8 years, deploying to Iraq twice in which during that time he suffered a spinal injury. Upon returning home he sought out chiropractic treatment and experienced firsthand the healing properties of chiropractic care. It was then that he decided to advance his education and complete his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He became a Certified Motion Palpation Institute practitioner. Utilizing the selective functional movement assessment (SFMA), Dr. Owens exposes critical biomechanical compensations hidden in the body. This allows him to focus on the underlying dysfunction rather than "chasing pain". Through the researched based techniques of sound assisted soft tissue mobilization (SASTM), muscle release technique (MRT), and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS), he is able to not only rehabilitate his patients but strengthen the loss function to help prevent reoccurrence of injury.
Human Performance Specialist, CA
Colin Slager is the founder of Optimal Fitness Rx, where they specialize in nutrition, rehab and performance. After graduating from Butler in 2016, he found his calling in the business of helping and serving others so that they may take back control of their health. He started the business in 2020 after realizing it was time for him to take the leap and run his own practice.
With nutrition, the overall lifestyle is taken into account, and people are met where they are at. It’s never a one-size-fits-all plan, and you’re not going to change everything in your routine all at once. Things are added to your plan first, with small lifestyle changes along the way.
Using a technique called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Colin is able to work with individuals to improve their motor control and breathing which allows people to correct muscular imbalances, poor recruitment patterns, and pain. This can help in everyday things from picking up your laundry to pitching from the mound. If you learn to control your movements, the quality of your movements improve.
Being a certified personal and CrossFit trainer, Colin is able to incorporate proper training methods within the confines of his rehab plans, helping people re-learn proper movement and breathing in order to reach their desired goals.
Using different methods and techniques, OFR has been able to help people optimize their bodies to be as functional and efficient as humanly possible. Whether you want to play on the floor with your kids without pain or are trying to make it to the next level in your sport, Colin is committed to doing everything he can in order to help you get there.
Customer Service Representative
I feel passionate about helping others in their daily life and in the small moments as well. I find fulfillment when I am able to meet a need in one's life. I have always desired to help the homeless population and our veterans. My 1st experience, as a certified nursing assistant, provided me an opportunity to be a source of love and encouragement for the residents. I provided daily care for. I accept new challenges to grow. I continued my pursuit in health care by obtaining a credential as qualified medication aide. I also earned an associate of applied science degree in Medical assisting from Med Tech College with an externship at the VA Medical Center. Recently graduated from the ITOWN Leadership Academy. I enjoy being involved with administrative and clinical aspects of a medical office.

Shan White, LMT
I am Shan White. In one word, I would describe myself as an Adventurer.
I have a degree from the University of New Hampshire in Recreation Management and became an outdoor guide after graduating in 2015. I love to #OptOutside, and share my knowledge of the outdoors with whomever is interested in learning. Throughout my guiding career, I often offered fellow guides massages to ease their aching muscles (guides carry a lot of gear). I have had a passion for massage since childhood, and after seeing first-hand how my amateur massages helped my co-workers, I decided to hang up my boots, professional, and grab the lotion bottle. I recently graduated from Indiana Wellness College for Massage Therapy and am excited to join Muscle Mobility’s team.
Everyone’s a lifetime learner, you never stop learning and growing. Whether that is in your career (massage) or in your body’s natural movement (mobility). I’m excited to continue my growth every day in massage, and continue mine and my client’s growth in body mechanics and mobility.
Megan Ford, LMT
I have worked in the healthcare field (nursing) for 8 years now. I noticed how medication was prescribed more often than any other kind of approach to treatment. I felt called to do more so I began my journey with massage therapy. I enjoy making treatment plans and finding changes in habits that could help someone long term regain mobility or find pain relief. I am always looking to learn new techniques and modalities to better help my clients. When I am not working I am typically home spending time with my two dogs. I also love traveling to new places and exploring in nature. Hiking on a mountain and playing in an ocean are some of my favorite activities.
I attended Indiana Wellness College and graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I attended Ivy Tech. and graduated with an Associates of Applied Science degree. I am also a certified Reiki Practitioner.
Glenn Marsh, LMT
I’ve been Licenced as a Massage Therapist since I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2007, but have been passionate about using touch to keep our muscles loose and mobile my entire adult life. I enjoy getting to see the difference in my clients after their sessions, and get the most gratification when I notice the long term changes in clients who’ve been receiving quality work over the course of months.
The main focus of my massage style is deep tissue & mobility, and over the years, I’ve incorporated many varying techniques into my sessions. I look forward to finding out which ones will work best for you.
When not at work or home, I’m likely riding my bike around town, practicing Tai Chi, or playing a board game with friends.
Tabitha Armstrong, LMT
Hey there, I'm Tabitha and I've been a massage therapist since October 2019! I am currently certified in Graston Technique, KT Taping and expanding my knowledge in my cupping certification!
Ever since I can remember I have been a hands on learner. I have to touch and experience something for myself to understand what I need to know. Massage Therapy seemed like a perfect fit for me! I enjoy helping and educating people in a way they can understand and benefit from. I have a hunger for knowledge and new challenges that will help push me to be a better therapist for my clients but also myself!
Outside of work I am a wife and momma of 3 kiddos! My hobbies include chasing my toddler, watching movies, road trips and trying new breweries or distilleries!
I am excited to start a journey with you and see how far we can go!
Lynn Painter, LMT
Hello, everyone. My name is Lynn, and I’m an overall creative. Whether that means running tabletop games on the weekends, blending martial arts and rehab, or crafting props and lightsabers, I’m always ready to learn and challenge myself. I think my skill as a professional is best described as an eclectic blend of massage techniques with a healthy base of athletic geekery. My favorite massage modality is probably Thai, and I definitely love combining it with any technique, tool, or movement.
I am proud to say I hold a Burn Scar Massage Therapy certification. I have had the privilege to be on the massage team at World Burn Congress twice. Working with the survivors and their loved ones at that event was life changing. The experience made me rethink the way I structure sessions and bring people out of pain. I could talk on this (or lightsabers and D&D, let’s be honest) for hours, so feel free to ask if you’d like.
I aim to be a lifelong student and mentor, hoping to add certifications for techniques I’m already familiar with, and pursue continuing education for modalities that are new to me. I’ve held a massage license since 2016 and have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. I’m excited to join the team and meet you all!
