Adjustments

chiropractor uses their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is an invasive procedure where a fine needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points which are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band.

Dry Needling can be beneficial for the following reasons:

  • 1. Relieves myofascial pain and stiffness.

  • 2. Improves flexibility and range of motion.

  • 3. Improves blood flow and oxygen circulation.

  • 4. Releases neurotransmitters.
